Why my
account balance has not reduced after requesting for a validation and
withdrawal?
Effective
July 2011, we do NOT deduct the withdrawal amount from your account till it is
validated. If after validation, your validated account balance is more than Rs.
450, then we issue a payment to you and your balance TILL VALIDATION REQUEST
DATE become zero. If you have fresh transactions after validation request date,
your account will show that in your balance. If your validated balance is less
than Rs. 450, we deduct the invalid amount from your account balance, so that
you can view the validated amount in your account. Once the validated amount is
more than Rs. 450, we issue a cheque to you.
